Payment can be accepted online by credit/debit card or customers may call our Order Hotline on 0116 2640065
Payment may also be made by post with a Pounds Sterling cheque made payable to London Draws Limited. If paying by cheque or money order, please make sure shipping & carriage charges are included.
Returns Policy (summary)
If you are unhappy with any product you have ordered, simply return any unopened, sealed patches to us within 14 working days and we'll give you a full refund or replace the item. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please see our "Shipping & Returns" for more details.
Delivery Times
Orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. Delivery times can vary due to local post office services. Orders to countries outside the European Union are sent by airmail. Typically, airmail deliveries can take up to 10 days to arrive from date of sending if to the USA/Canada and up to 21 days to the rest of the world.
Payment of any local tax & duties in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer.

Security of Credit Card Payment Options
When you pay be credit card on-line, our form runs on an eComm secure server and information is encrypted before transmission. We always debit your card on the day of remittance of goods. All other countries will be charged in £GBPound Stirling.
Retention of Title
The title of all goods will remain that of London Draws Limited until payment is received in full and all funds are cleared.

Returns, UK Distance Selling Regulations & Your Right to Cancel
Under the above regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of the items you receive within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you received your order. Items must be unopened, with any seals on products intact.
However, you may wish to contact us first by email if you are unhappy with your order in any way, and we will do our best to resolve any problem you may have.
If you wish to cancel the contract on delivered goods, please return the delivery slip that came with your order, giving the reason for the return as either "Contract Cancellation" or specify the reason why you're returning the item(s). Please package the unopened item(s) carefully and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days from the day after you received your order.
We recommend using a recorded-delivery service when returning goods, as of course we can only exchange or refund items that we have received. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless we have delivered an item in error. As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will arrange for a refund or exchange as requested.
